Terms
Yrless: Yrless Limited (Us/Our/We). Includes Lakes Internet, Central Lakes Internet Company, and Tussock Networks.
Referral: Nominating Yrless as a suitable internet service provider to a potential new customer.
Reward: The cash or account credit applied for referring and successfully creating a new account connection with Yrless Limited.
Referrer: The person recommending Yrless as a suitable internet service provider to a potential new customer.
Month: Any full calendar month.
Conditions
To be eligible to receive the Cash or Account Credit referral payment:
- The referral must come from an existing Yrless customer ( or subsidiary of, includes customers who are invoiced from Lakes, CLIC or Tussock).
- The referral must be for a new service connection, or a reconnection, made to a single dwelling at an address. The account for that address must be under a new name and cannot be someone previously associated with the household.
- The new service can be a broadband connection (DSL, wireless, FWA/RBI, fibre) or a security system installation. VoIP, cell phone, and some other services are not part of this promotion.
- All referrals must provide the name of the referring account holder and/or the referring account number.
- The reward payment may be made to a business or an individual.
- A referral is only valid once a new service contract is signed. All sign-ups must be on the current Yrless contract form.
- Adding a new service to an existing account does not qualify for the referral scheme.
- Referrals will be totalled on the 10th working day of the month and paid on or around the 15th working day.
- Referral rewards taken as credit will be credited to the referrer’s Yrless account balance.
- Referral rewards taken as “cash” will be paid by bank transfer to the referee-nominated New Zealand bank account.
- Rewards are not transferable. Credits will be applied to the referee’s Yrless account and cash payments will be paid into the referee’s account.
- If the referrer’s Yrless account has an outstanding balance, the reward will first be applied to keep the account current. Any remaining reward will then be applied as per the referrer’s wishes.
- If more than one referrer claims a new connection, the customer will be asked to nominate to whom the reward is attributed.
- Yrless retains the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time.
- All decisions regarding eligibility for or application of the reward are solely made by Yrless, and correspondence will not be entered into.
