Vacancy – Financial Administrator (Part time)

 

Yrless is locally owned and operated internet company based in Southland. Due to staff changes, we have created a new role for a financial administrator (part time) based in our Gore office.

 

We are looking for an experienced, resilient and highly motivated self-starter. You will spearhead our efforts to maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records, and maintain day-to-day finance functions.  You will work closely with the company accountant and the General Manager.

 

You must have financial administration experience, and love data entry and financial systems. Preference will be given to candidates who have 2-3 years working experience with Xero.

 

You will join a busy, technically proficient team, where no two days will be the same. You will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the business, as well as contributing your own skills and experience to the team.

You’ll bring your skills and experience in sales and marketing to build our brand and grow our customer base. You will also manage a small team.
